Vision for Infants and Toddlers:
Our vision in KidZone is to help families and kids take their next step in their relationship with Jesus. This will look different at each age. But we believe it is essential that parents are a part of this growth and encourage parents to disciple their kids at home.
Next Steps:
We believe that we are always growing in our relationship with Jesus, even before we have given our lives to him. We’ve set out guidelines of those next steps for each age range and our curriculum is based around helping the kids in those next steps. We also believe that words are a huge part of a child's development and spiritual growth. We’ve compiled an example of phrases to say to your child according to their age.
Infants:
To feel loved (John 15:12)
To be told “I am a Child of God” (1 John 3:1)
To hear “Jesus loves you!” (John 3:16)
Words to say to your Infant:
Hello. You did it! Bye,bye. All done. God, Thank you for this beautiful baby.
1 Year Olds:
To feel safe (Isaiah 41:10)
To know grown-ups come back (Proverbs 22:6)
